Short description

In ThemeBase we have an editorheader function. It would be nice to have - not only for the sake of completeness - also a editorfooter function. This is mainly needed for accessibility sakes and search engine optimization if you do code restructuring like e.g. in ThemeMarket/SimpleMente (turn the css off the see the real power of this theme). In Simplemente theme all the code formerly located in the header moved to the footer. Now there is now no easy way to disable the navibar and all the other stuff in the sidebar when we are in edit mode. But this new feature is not only good for themes doing some code restructuring. It could be also useful for 'conventional' themes which want to turn off the footer in the editmode.
