Wiki-Usage and Ideas
I use MoinMoin Wiki as a personal intranet on my Notebook. Furthermore I used it to set up a little KnowledgeBase in the company.
I'm interested in getting the Wiki data on a PDA. Does anyone work on such a project? Even a one-way solution (PC to PDA) would be great!
There is MoinMoin/scripts/moindump.py which exports the wiki to HTML. As long as your PDA does not support Python it will be ahrd to get MoinMoin running on it. Perhaps there is a way using Jython, but Jython is known to miss some features of current CPython versions. I know someone who tried getting Moin running on JPython - so if you are interested I can ask him how far he got. Nevertheless your PDA needs enough memory... -- FlorianFesti 2004-12-03 11:04:49
