Description
Using MoinDev 1.6 and Username with Umlaute like ä,ü doesn't work. Raise a CacheError Message.
Steps to reproduce
Creating an account on Moin1.6 with a Username like "PeterMüller".
And try to Login with: http://test.wikiwikiweb.de/BenutzerEinstellungen
you will recive an CacheError Messages
CacheError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe4' in position 7: ordinal not in range(128)
