Description
When trying to attach a file in 1.7, I get a ValueError, I/O operation on closed file error.
Steps to reproduce
try to attach any file in 1.7 (Apache mod_python) and it will fail!

- mod_python has lot's of problem please use mod_wsgi
or at least update to 1.7.1 and hope this fix that is included in 1.7.1 helps...
