Description
If you use the GUI editor, then create a bullet list, then try to turn one of the bullets to a numbered list, it doesn't work.
Steps to reproduce
- use gui editor
- make a bulleted list
- try and separate bullets and change one section to numbered list instead of bullets

I think that can't work due to how html lists are made:
- unordered list: ul li li li ...
- ordered list: ol li li li ...
You see that the list item tags (li) are the same in both cases, but not the enclosing ul/ol tag. Thus, you can only change a complete list in html, not a single item.
For FCKeditor, I am not sure if it is allows to change list type, but you can create a new list of the type you want.
