Description
When one tries to save a page being edited and the disk is full, the newly edited work on the page is lost. If one uses Back in the browser, one gets the empty textarea.
It would avoid loss of potentially valuable work if the newtext variable or textarea were displayed with the traceback error screen, so one could save it again after clearing out some disk space or fixing permissions or whatever.

Workaround
If you use a non-broken browser, the back button should work. Send a bug report to Microsoft.
Discussion
This is supposed to be a bug? Not really.
At least not of moin. When using mozilla, the back button gets you back to the edit form - including content.
And if the disk is full, we can't do much about that.
