Hi,
On the "Installing MoinMoin with Apache using ftp" page, the name of the page should be "How to install MoinMoin on the webserver of your ISP" with the ability to do it by FTP as the subhead. Using an ISP is very common, having only FTP access is less common.
This would have saved me hours of struggle because I had SSH access to my ISP so I didn't look t this page but it's the right page for me because I can't change Apache files, bounce servers, etc.
