Description
I have not selectet an default editor in my user preferences. When I editing a page with international characters in the title e. g. "Bäume", it is all ok. But when I select "Text" and show the selected in user preferences, than the int. character is not correct displayed an the page title willconverted.

I don't get that (show the selected in user preferences), sorry please add a Step by Step example.
Please add more details, e.g. your browser version and a screenshot of the problem.
I am blind, so I cannot put a screenshot here. But you can test it under: http://www.hastemal.info. Login: MoinTest and PW test123 Go to your Homepage and than follow Bäume.
I tried again and I can't reproduce the problem. I am using firefox 2.0.0.6, so maybe it only happens with IE!?
Can you use your screenreader with an other browser? (sorry I have no idea how it works)
