How the hint is broken? It was not rendered as wiki markup.

Maybe its a caching bug? I did not touch the code in the last week
- I am pretty sure that it is a race condition. I have seen already others related to I18n -- just start a persistent server and request two pages quickly after it is started up -- sometimes you get a cyclic ham exception.
- Maybe write a script to reproduce this?
- I could not reproduce it using RequestCLI. As expected ... (race conditions cannot be easily reproduced mostly). Adding a lock in the language loader should suffice ...
