Description
The syntax help frame that is displayed below the editing form is garbled when editing text rendered with the #format rst parser.
Steps to reproduce
- Create an empty page
- Edit the page to set the format to RST using: #FORMAT rst
- Save Changes
- Edit the page
- The content of the syntax help frame is garbled
