Description

If the "from" parameter to the Include macro is null, the contents of the "header" parameter will include characters beyond the closing quotes of the header parameter. This isn't a usability issue, because what is the point of a null "from" value anyway, but I thought I'd report it in case it has other ramifications.

Steps to reproduce

 1. <<Include(Pub/Headlines, "Headlines, Dude!",2, from="")>>

Example

On my 1.6.3 instance, the following header is produced:

Headlines Dude",2, from="
