I want to resize an image with width-option, but doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

Add an attachment or an Link to show an image as your examples at http://moinmo.in/HelpOnLinking with alternative text and resizing with width-option. For instance {{attachment:test.png|alt meintest|width=100}}. The result is: {{Neuen Dateianhang "test.png|alt" hochladen meintest|width=100}} . I try it also with " around the URL and/or spaces after the URL. Doesn't work too.

Example

{{attachment:foo.png|foo bar|width=150}}
{{attachment:doesnotexist|does not exist|width=150}}

does not exist

As you see above, it works here. Please check the SystemInfo page in your wiki for the moin version you use, I guess it is not 1.7.1.
