Description

single sign on mechanisms are used more and more. depending who uses them, login id's are either cryptic (like t12341243) or complicated to type to give rights and assign persons to groups (like firstname-lastname (t123412341243, oe 1324)).

therefor it would be beneficial to introduce a LoginId which can hold this cryptic or extended name coming from the webservers single sign on mechanism.

the name can hold what it is holding now, a wiki name in most cases. this name can be continued for assinging persons to groups.

additionally, it would be great if LoginId can also be used in the acl and group assignment system, so one could decide to run just on the extended usernames.

existing alias does not work as (1) the same alias can be used multiple times, and (2) it is not checked in page's access rights system.
