Description
The logout button has a dark grey background and does not fit into the layout. Furthermore, the line margin is too low, at least in Opera for the page name.

- Status: fixed as good as possible. IE had problems to inherit bgcolor, so we hardcoded it. the position is ok now for some browsers. some other browser ignore some css and render it as a button, some other browsers do other strange things ignoring our font-size. moin 1.5 ~ patch-310
