Description
If you have InterWiki links written in lowercase, they are not supported any more.
Steps to reproduce
add an InterWiki link in intermap.txt like "wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/"
enter a link like "wikipedia:bla" to a page and preview

Workaround
Rename Interwikis to be camel case.
Discussion
This should be rather seen as a inconsistency (or bug) in moin < 1.6:
- free interwiki links needed to begin with uppercase
- bracketed interwiki links didn't need to begin with uppercase
Moin 1.6 uses same regex for both cases.
