Description

The moin.scgi script refuses to start.

Note: moin.ajp had similar trouble.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install MoinMoin 1.9 with moin.scgi.

  2. Start moin.scgi.

Use fastcgi (or even better: wsgi, if available).

Discussion

AJP and SCGI were rather broken and obviously didn't get enough testing.

(!) Please help testing the new code so that we can make sure it works.
