When using user_homewiki with a farm MyDict variables aren't used
Basicly when using wiki farm and user_homewiki is linked to another wiki, MyDict variables do not work.
Steps to reproduce
- create two wiki instances to a farm and user one of them as a homewiki
create MyDict page to the homewiki user homepage
try to use variables from MyDict in the other wiki

Discussion
You will find that quite some things don't work if your user homepages are remote. Another example is /MoinEditorBackup pages. Some stuff simply has to be present locally to get used.
For the dict pages: they all get (locally) scanned by searching pages with the page_dict_re regular expression. If your dict is remote, it just won't be found and won't be scanned.
So this is not a bug, but rather a limitation.
