Description
When rendering as DocBook a (sub-)page using the [[Navigation(siblings)]] macro, the produced XML is invalid.
You get a XML Parsing Error: undefined entity for the inserted between the siblings.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a couple of subpages
Include the [[Navigation(siblings)]] macro in one of them
Render as DocBook
View Produced XML in Firefox, or try to use it using docbook2odf: XML parser error 11: undefined entity caused by
