Description
I ticked the Notifications option for "new accounts". My wiki is set up to use HttpAuth not normal moin-auth.
I get lots of emails like this (I suspect I'm getting one every time anyone accesses the wiki! ):
Subject: New user account created on Dev Wiki Dear Superuser, a new user has just been created. Details follow: User name: Email address: NOT SET
Steps to reproduce
set up wiki with HttpAuth only.
Example
see above for email that gets sent.

Discussion
It would be nice for HttpAuth to fully work, but I realise this particular bug is probably low on the list of priorities!
I can't reproduce this bug in 1.8.1. Your bug report misses important details, please fill out the detail table above and also it would be good to see your wikiconfig.py related entries. Please check if you have user files in your instance below data/user. -- ReimarBauer 2009-01-27 23:12:00
