Description
If you add a #REDIRECT processing instruction to a page, you can no longer rename that page. The message "This page redirects to page..." is shown instead of the rename form.
Steps to reproduce
Create a dummy page with a #REDIRECT directive.
- Try to rename it.

Workaround
You can work around the problem by temporarily removing the redirect.
