Description

After disabling an account forever, it is not possible to use this account's email address to create a new account. At the same time, it's not possible anymore to "mail me my account data".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable an account forever.
  2. Try to register a new account with the same email address as the old one.
  3. Try "mail me my account data" with the old email address.

I am not sure if this is a malfunction. Please state why you think so. Mailing credentials is disabled of course for security reasons. And the e-mail is blocked because the owner deliberately disabled his account.

I'm also not sure if it's a bug. But I'd say so. 3 Scenarios:

If I read my IRC backlog correctly, this affects this server. Please contact ThomasWaldmann if you want to have a reenabled account.
