Description
We have problems with attachments containing non-ascii characters. If we enter the page SystemInfo we get an UnicodeDecodeError. The attachments are the cause of the problems.
Steps to reproduce
Attach a pdf with some non-ascii characters to any page, e.g. femmes_résistantes.pdf. Enter the page SystemInfo.

We wait until the bug is fixed.
Discussion
you're using an old version (MoinMoin: Release 1.5.3 (release)). I would first update to 1.7.0 and then test again. your release are not supported anymore.
I have tested the same attachment in another MoinMoin (1.6.3). No problems.
