Description

When the wiki pege format is restructuredtext, TableOfContents macro does not work. (Just write out the following string: "Contents".)

Steps to reproduce

  1. set default_markup = 'rst'
  2. write some restructuredtext in a wiki page, then use the macro "TableOfContents".

  3. As mentiond before, TableOfContents macro does not work. (Just write out "Contents".)

Example
