Description
Page titles in modern and rsb themes always use the wiki language and direction. This is fine with most pages in the wiki, but wrong for pages in languages with different languages.
We can set all page elements with lang macros [[en]] [[he]], but the title, which is out of the content area.

We need a way to get the page language, then use this direction for the page div that contain the page.
The best way look like that ##language:iso-name we already use on all system and help pages.
Do we have some API to get this line?

Fixed by adding #language PI. This PI is a good solution and we don't have to change it in 1.4, but we need to make this page attribute available, currently it is initialized only in Page.send_page, so its not available yet to the editor textarea.
