Description
If you title search in moinmo.in for ThemeMarket you get a long list of hits. The first dozen or two are attachments in the ThemeMarket. First far down the search results comes ThemeMarket. Also in FeatureRequests/ShowExactTitleMatchFirst you can see a description of related problem with the search engine.

Suggestions for improvement:
- Implement an algorithem for how much the Title differs from the searched text
- Remove or move to end of the result list all attached files hits
