Description

The file attachment upload link is missing for non existing transcluded attachments.

{{attachment:doesnotexist.pdf}}
{{attachment:doesnotexist.txt}}
{{drawing:doesnotexist}}

You do get the message: Attachment 'doesnotexist.pdf' does not exist!

and several times the wiki page seems to refresh where such an attachment is defined (this seems to depend on the installed acrobat browser plugin)

Other mimetype don't have this refresh problem.
