Description
The text at the bottom of the userprefs action and the UserPreferences pages is now out of date, there are refeances to login/logout buttons that are no longer available.
the form displayed is differnent between the create new user account and the preferences for a logged in user, the text should corispond to the table shown.
- New User
- "Changing settings", and "The Cookie" shouldnt be displayed
- Logged in user
- "First time" shouldnt be displayed
- Both"
- "Logging out" shouldnt be displayed
- "Loggin in" should be refactored to only display the info about mailing account data, and needs a new heading
