Description
I set up according to HelpOnSynchronisation, but it shows " The remote version of MoinMoin is too old, version 1.6 is required at least." But the edition that I installed is the 1.6.1 edition!!
Steps to reproduce
- install two moin 1.6.0 or 1.6.1 wikis in default configuration and try to use wikisync

actions_excluded = [] # the default is ['xmlrpc']
Discussion
The real problem is not what the error messages tells to the user.
The wikisync code hides the real problem and does assumptions about the Fault being triggered by a too old moin version (but the Fault was just that the remote wiki runs in default configuration and has xmlrpc disabled).
