Include madness

Include is a big pain, as our current way of formatting a page is not include friendly at all, and the include macro tries to do too much. So fixing this can be hard or impossible without big changes. I think we can documents these known limits of the include macro, e.g "Don't expect this to work".

We maybe will have some very different way of doing such things in a 1.4+ version (related to mimetype objects and link syntax). So if we fix early, we do it twice.

Do not underestimate the usage of include/TOC. If the users see regressions, they will kick 1.3/1.4 from their systems.

Did this feature ever work? If it did not, simply document these limitations. Include is not a core wiki feature. Simple include of whole pages is just fine. If we want more than that, we must change our way of rendering a page.

At least the MoinMoinBugs/TableOfContentsLacksLinks bug does not appear in 1.2.x.
