I've set up a MoinMoin instance at work as intranet Wiki for all our organization, to collect and share information between employees. Moinmoin proves itself to be robust and easily extended. We heavily use Graphiz and Gallery extensions.
Also I use moinmoin at my personal server, it works great as a diary and info dump
