My huge project is building a robot which can navigate through a maze with a partial map (filling in the blanks) noticing interesting scribblings on the wall through a camera etc.

The output is so broken it is unusable for most people (I've gotten some personal mails about it) so I really hope that at least the moin->docbook part gets merged.
