  69 2015-05-05T21:51:46  <bond007_>  Maybe customizing bootstrap with less will be easier (for modifying)  .Bootstrap  has organized all the specific Less files (example  nav.less , forms.less  contains everything to do with navigation bar , forms ). Thus when we have to edit something we  know which file we will start with without having to search through 5000 lines of code.( as in css file).

Theme css gets loaded after common CSS so a theme could override the common CSS if desired (but if embedded themes have a common color scheme, there is little reson to override)
