monomoin

monomoin-0.1.png

monomoin is an adaption of the monobook theme from wikipedia (not unlike the following theme). This theme comes with a floating table of contents macro and a nice set of icons (taken from live.gnome.org).

You will find more information here: ThemeMarket/Monomoin.

Note: it would be nice if the maintainers of this site could install the newest version of monomoin, because the version which is installed now does not work on Firefox 1.5 (and Explorer, for that matter).

Works with
1.3.4 and 1.3.5 (tested)

Installation instructions

Just replace 'myWiki' with your wiki name in the following instructions:

Note: You have to copy the /usr/share/moin/htdocs/monomoin directory on the "root" of your wiki.

As example, if your apache configuration points to /var/www/happywiki, you need to copy /usr/share/moin/htdocs/monomoin there and to ajust the "url_prefix" option in your wikiconfig.py to be "/happywiki". Otherwise, the theme will be found, but not the images/css files.

tar xzvf monomoin-0.5.tgz -C /usr/share/moin/htdocs/
cd /usr/share/moin/htdocs/monomoin/to_be_moved_to_the_plugin_directory/
mv monomoin.py /var/www/myWiki/data/plugin/theme/
mv TableOfContentsMono.py /var/www/myWiki/data/plugin/macro/TableOfContents.py
cd ..
rmdir to_be_moved_to_the_plugin_directory/

Note: if you prefer to have the old behavior of the TableOfContents macro you could alternatively do

mv TableOfContentsMono.py /var/www/myWiki/data/plugin/macro/TableOfContentsMono.py

You will still be able to get the "floating" table of contents by using [[TableOfContentsMono]]

Additionally, just update the /usr/share/moin/htdocs/monomoin/css/screen.css file according to the instructions below.
