Small fix with HTML converter
I just realized that I forget to add quotation tags, even if I added the tags in my tree output modification
Work with DocBook converter
I added a mimetype application/xml+docbook so now we can use DocBook to write Wiki Item. Need to see how we can process DocBook output now.
I started the work to implement list conversion. (un)ordered lists are correctly handled in the DocBooK_out converter with tests. However I need to check also my DocBook output with xslt-processor to see check I am not wrong.
