Some pages in underlay have a wrong language code (usually "en"). I found this while removing pages with unneeded languages from my wiki.

Have fixed master18 pages on russian (ВикиПесочница), serbian (НедостајућаЛичнаСтраница) and ukrainian (ШаблонСинхронізації, ШаблонПерсональноїСторінки); not sure about other languages, so haven't touched them.
