How much time is needed?
Half an hour of support is usually sufficient for solving about 2 smaller issues or one medium issue.
If you think your problem is likely bigger, you can buy multiple items of this product (e.g. 2 items will give you a full hour of support).
If you're unsure, maybe contact supporter first to determine the amount of support you need.
Please note: Unused support time will be valid until 1 year after date of purchase. We can not refund support time in case you do not use it or do not fully use it.
Support by MoinMoin project administration (Thomas Waldmann)
Thomas Waldmann is a long-term moin core developer, current project administrator and also cares for the project hosting. Together with his brother, he's running a small IT company "Waldmann EDV Systeme" (you'll see a reference to it as the "product supplier") in south-west Germany. He is working on moin within his free and work time.
Thomas Waldmann is using share-it.com to help with accepting payments - you'll have many different payment options, it will be secure, professionally managed and you'll get an invoice. If you live in a non-EUR or non-english speaking country, you'll have options there to select your preferred language and currency.
