Hello,
while scrolling to the end of content, we are getting a little bugwith IE7
normal screen before arriving to the end of scroll :
after reaching the content's end, some lines disappeared :
Explorer theme with IE-8
I am using moin192/moin187 with IE-8. I am facing also the above descriebed effects. This theme disappears the last contents of the page. If you scroll your mouse cursor on disappear contents, then it will appear. It is really not comfortable. But it doesn't happen with firefox. Have somebody any solution or idea?

I had this same issue with the fixedleft theme on IE7. When you scrolled to the bottom of any page that had only text "visible" then none of the wiki page content would be displayed. Doing a mouse-over on invisible links would make the links appear or a mouse-down, drag, mouse-up would make the selected text appear.
If your wiki is on an intranet, you may be running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode -- it is the default. Click on Tools, Compatibility View Settings, and uncheck the "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View".
If that does not do the trick, then try modifying your wikiconfig.py/farmconfig.py by adding an invisible image to page_footer2:
page_footer2 = '<img src = '/moin_staticXX/explorer/img/alert.png" width="0" height="0">'
