If you add pages to the wiki directly by copying them to the pages folder and not by using the user interface, the explorer theme will not get aware of these new pages until you rebuild the wiki tree. There are two posibilities to do this:
Option 1: Using the User Interface
Logon to the wiki with a SuperUser account.
Browse to the root category.
Click on the Delete Cache button in the explorer toolbar.
- This will invoke the refresh action and the wiki tree will be rebuilt.
Option 2: Deleting the Wiki Tree Cache

This method requires a restart of the wiki.
In the file system go to the data\cache\wikiconfig folder and delete the wiki_tree file.
Restart the wiki.
